The Jersey City Kappa League Application: Due by Thursday, December 1st.

Greetings. Thank you for your interest in the Jersey City Kappa League. The Jersey City Kappa League is a youth leadership program designed to train middle and high school aged young men for academic achievement, leadership and career development.

We do ask for all interested parties to join us on Wednesday, Nov 9th for our Informational at the Hudson County Culinary Conference Center at 7:30pm. (Young men must wear polo or collard shirts. Please note we are only accepting 20 young men into the 2022 JC Kappa League Class so it is imperative to submit your application as early as possible.

Eligibility:

  • Students in the 8th-11th Grade for the 2022-2023 academic year

  • Must live in the Jersey City/Hudson County area*
    *Students living outside of the Jersey City/Hudson County area may apply but will be judged on a case by case basis

  • Strong sense of character and desire to succeed

  • Commitment to participate in year round program activities

  • Submit your current report card ***
    (You may submit your application before having your report card)

  • Submit 1 letter of recommendation (teacher/admin or counselor)

  • Complete application below
